Parallel Job Workflows
Training will cover running OpenMP and MPI jobs on Cannon cluster. https://docs.rc.fas.harvard.edu/kb/running-jobs/ does provide basic information about running jobs and during the training, we can discuss what libraries and programming constructs to use to parallelize your code to use more than one core or node to run your analysis.
This training is for those who already have a FASRC account, and want to learn tools and services.
To set up a new account visit https://docs.rc.fas.harvard.edu/kb/how-do-i-get-a-research-computing-account/ or reach out to us at rchelp@rc.fas.harvard.edu.
