FASRC: Recommendations and Resources for Managing Research Data at FASRC
Seminar Title:
Hello? It’s Me, Your Data!
Recommendations and Resources for Managing Research Data at FASRC
Description:
Advancements in research and technology have led to a dramatic increase in the amount of research data generated and stored per project, increasing the need for useful data management techniques and tools.
Effective research data management is essential for research reproducibility and transparency and can make data collection, organization, and cleanup easier and more efficient, which can save you time, effort, and funding in the long-term.
During this training seminar, we will discuss how to incorporate data management concepts into your research workflows at each stage of the data lifecycle, from data planning and data generation to data storage and cleanup. Research data management tools and resources will also be provided.
