FASRC: GPU Computing on the FASRC cluster
We will cover how you can use GPGPU's on the FASRC cluster. We will talk about what is available and how you can use CUDA/OpenACC on the cluster to accelerate your code. We will further discuss https://docs.rc.fas.harvard.edu/kb/gpgpu-computing-on-the-cluster/ to provide a few example use cases. Also, we will talk about NGC containers provided by NVIDIA https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/gpu-cloud/containers/ and how you can use them on the cluster.
This training is for those who already have a FASRC account, and want to learn tools and services.
