To use BLAST on the Odyssey cluster, load the appropriate module

To access BLAST, you'll first need an account on Odyssey.

Accounts on Odyssey may be requested using the Account Request Tool: https://portal.rc.fas.harvard.edu/request/account/new

Then you'll need to login to the cluster.

Logging in to the odyssey cluster requires two factor authentication. You will first
be prompted for a password. This is your usual account password (as managed by Active Directory).
If your password is successful, you will be prompted for a verification code. This
must be the current value from the JAuth Java application.
